A private service built around considered introductions.

1. Eligibility and private launch

Matchelier is for adults aged 18 or older. Access is opening gradually and may be limited while the service is in a private launch. You are responsible for giving accurate account information and for keeping access to your email and device secure.

2. What Matchelier provides

Matchelier provides a private concierge conversation, a correctable working brief, and human-reviewed matchmaking support. AI assists with conversation, research, and organization, but a model output is not a guarantee of compatibility or an authorized introduction. A human matchmaker reviews potential introductions before they are offered.

Dating and introductions involve personal judgment and uncertainty. Matchelier cannot guarantee a match, a date, mutual interest, safety, compatibility, or a relationship. Members remain responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to meet another person.

3. Respectful and lawful use

Do not use Matchelier to harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, discriminate unlawfully, solicit illegal activity, extract information about another member, or upload content you do not have the right to provide. We may pause automated responses, restrict access, preserve relevant records, or close an account when reasonably needed to protect members, the service, or legal rights.

4. Your information and photos

Our privacy notice explains how account, conversation, brief, voice, photo, consent, and service information is processed. Your conversation and private working notes are not shown to potential matches. Selected profile photos and curated introduction information may be shown privately only under the disclosed service flow and recorded consent.

5. Changes, availability, and ending access

We may improve, replace, pause, or discontinue parts of the private-launch service. We will not turn a future paid feature into matchmaking priority or another materially different product without clear notice. You may sign out, stop using the service, or initiate account deletion in the app.
