We want the first conversation to feel effortless.

The current app is a local preview. It does not create an account, submit an application, or connect to the production concierge.

Send feedback or get help

Email support@matchelier.ch with your device model, iOS or Android version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not email intimate personal details, identification documents, or information about another person.

Reset the preview

Fully close Matchelier.
Open it again to restart the demonstration conversation.
Use the information button in the header to replay the introduction.

Deleting the app removes its local preview data.

TestFlight feedback

TestFlight testers can also open TestFlight, select Matchelier, and choose “Send Beta Feedback.” A screenshot is useful when the issue is visual.

Privacy

Nothing typed, recorded, or selected in the preview is submitted to Matchelier. Read the full preview privacy notice.
